[Pi And Company]

Here are 2 ideas I thought up as I was looking over the release notes.


   1. Include Region Templates (Terrain Maps) in the release itself to make
   it easy for admins to change the terrains w/o downloading the maps then
   selecting them.
   2. Creating a PHP script that would ask users for inputs of each part of
   the config so it can generate it w/o errors. (Or very few)

Just two ideas that may help people who don't have experience in OpenSim.
