[Opensim-dev] RemoteAdminPlugin!

Hi,

I am trying to use the RemoteAdminPlugin to create a user on a remote
instance using admin_create_user method, but when I run it gives an error
Requested method [admin_create_user] not found. I have enabled the option
in OpenSim.ini and tried both XML-RPC and CookComputing.XmlRpc libraries
but both are giving the same error. Any guidance how to fix it please,
