[Opensim-dev] Help Required!

Dear All,

I am new to the development with OpenSim, and am in need of guidance how
to start with a new Plugin to get access to the basic functionality ( say
OpenSimBase). I am facing problems in how to make it part of the run time,
do I need to write an addin file or need to identify specific location in
the hierarchy?

I intend to work on load balancing, is the region module a better choice
than writting an application plugin? Please help, Thanks alot for the help
in advance.
