[Opensim-dev] worldsize map scaling

Maybe cut this limit finally out of the viewer? (and apparently out of the 
server as well) It doesn't make much sense to me. I just got the lgpl viewer 2 
standalone to build properly on my system. I'll try to narrow it down at the 
viewer side. Maybe with some help it's possible to get this limit finally out 
of the way.
