[Opensim-dev] Hypergrid link-region "naming" on local grid

FYI, I found what's going on. The Simian Grid HG handles the names in a 
different manner than the Robust HG. It seems to be sending back just 
the name of the region, as opposed to the full URL. This is one of those 
things... who should have control over the name that ppl see? I can 
argue both ways.
