I think it is hard to protect the prims on grids from foreign grids.

Perhaps there should be a seperate prims tabel wich holds the hypergrid
prims.
Save the prims in some sort of compilated form, so they become all no
modify. Include some sort of authority data. (not only the name of the
creator, but also a mail and adres)

The current prims data now is almost not protected. With god mode, a bright
range of viewers and database manipulation they are easy to manipulate and
copy.  So I think signing popup will not work. People would created copy's
without the certificate just to prevent those popups.

For the hypergrid a different prim format is needed, which gives a better
protection for prims from foreign grids.
