[Opensim-dev] Running FreeSwitch with OpenSim

Well, this is a simple question with an even easier answer:

Don't start FreeSwitch first, start Opensim first and then Freeswitch.

The link /api/freeswitch-config doesn't exist in the Opensim instance
because it's not implemented.
