[Opensim-dev] merge has happened

Personally, I think that it's rather pointless doing a 0.6.9 with 0.7 so close.  

By the way, the opensim-dev mailing list appears to be dropping e-mails or delivering them late (at least for me).  I didn't see either of these two posts.
