[Opensim-dev] Release 0.7 RC1 is out

All connection security has been removed from the grid services. A
firewall is well suited to this task and we don't need to duplicate
or reinvent the firewall.

There is a new system we have begun to implement, where sims use a
UUID and a password to connect. It's implementation is not yet complete.
