[Opensim-dev] Release 0.7 RC1 is out

In case it wasn't clear (I'll make it painfully clear on that 
instructions page later):
That [mysqld] section has nothing to do with configuration files of 
OpenSim/Robust. It's in the configuration file of MySql itself.
