[Opensim-dev] Freeswitch Experiments - opensim_well_known_http_address

As always, the documentation is the irc log :)

It won't be removed, it's likely to be morphed in a branch, once
someone who knows a little about freeswitch comes on board. I know
the rest of it, but not how dialplans work and stuff.
