Unfortunately, I don't believe there have ever been any XMLRPC RemoteAdmin facilities for the separate grid services, 
either ROBUST or in the old architecture.  I imagine they would be a good thing to have rather than directly interfacing 
with the databases.

I think that the ConsoleUser/Pass/Port is related to the remote 'REST' console but I don't know of any documentation for 
it.  As far as I know, this does give you the facility to remotely connect a console to OpenSim instances (in the same 
manner as connecting the mysql command line console to remote databases).  This may not be what you're looking for.
