[Opensim-dev] Commit 797ca8d0 (fix nudge movements) causes avatar legs to flap in the air on jump

Hi Diva.  Since I didn't catch you on IRC, I thought that I would just record that commit 797ca8d0 (fix nudge movements) 
appears now to make the avatar legs flap in the air on a jump (tap of the page up key).  This was observed on a standalone.
