Perhaps a separate table to store and allow lookup of UUID -> avatar 
name for non-local "avatar" names and their home grid (with a little 
useful information as suggested by Zonja) would be a good 
approach.  It could even allow for it to be populated by useful 
"seed" .sql files, and allow those to be saved and moved to new 
grids, or combined to make up an initial "Hypergrid Users" resource
