[Opensim-dev] Tidied up and centralized performance information to wiki page

For what its worth my standalone (diva-13558) reports 50mb when idle, and
54mb with one avatar logged in.
There are 154 prims (Eric's Mars sim) and the hardware is an i7-920 running
at 3.5 Ghz, with 6Gb RAM - NO lag :-)
Well that should give a lower bound at least!
