[Opensim-dev] Catchup and various. One for Diva

Just catching up after a few days away... and rather than try to 
thread these comments just noting things here.

Openvue was sloppy in Diva terms... and I have now removed reference 
to OpenSim :-)  we are now "based on OpenSuimulator" as I do think 
the branding and links are important.

Diva, you asked for indications of Master commits that people think 
might be suitable for you to consider to incude in 0.7 post-fixes.

I suggest the changes to tidy up Opensim.ini.example, 
Robust.HG.ini.example and Robust.ini.example.  These from JustinCC 
and myself tidy up and correct a few of the defaults as discussed on 
opensim-dev without introducing potentially controversial changes 
like the welcome message text.

I wonder if it would be a good time to make a 0.7.0.2 given the 
rather key addition of he texures to allow Viewer 2 to be used, and 
the changes to the config files, and dropping of estate_settings.xml?
