[Opensim-dev] Some problems with Friends connector

is there any problem with Friends module  in diva's distribution

I download source code of diva's distribution and compile it. It is giving
me some error at the stage of running it's related with FRIends connector

"[FRIENDS]: No Connector defined in section Friends, or failed to load,
cannot continue"

it cannot find friend connector. is it problem related with source code or
just configuration problem
