[Opensim-dev] LL Viewer code license change

Yes and no - it's a bit complex.

The LGPL is a much less risky license for us to work with - since if it turns out developer code is infringing, it is possible to convert that into a separate library and distribute accordingly under the LGPL.

Nonetheless, it's a welcome change - but we might have to hold until we've got some formal advice before changing the contributor agreement.
