[Opensim-dev] What is the policy with the post-fixes branches?

There is no established policy for these things, just a rule of thumb
not to pick 'risky' commits. I've been more or less acting as the
0.7-post-fixes 'manager', so I've been keeping an eye on the commits.
I'm sure I missed 'safe' ones. In the future, just point me to these and
others like these.
