I don't have any political issue with moving it to core, but,  
technically, I don't think it belongs there. Simulators have better  
things to do than serve html.

Wifi has been made possible by the refactoring and reconceptualization  
that we did for OpenSim 0.7. Many more things like Wifi can now be  
done that run in all configurations of opensim.

I'll think of ways to make it easy for people to use it beyond d2.
