[Opensim-dev] How many Regions Opensim can stored?

I created one region as below

[TEST]

*Location = 1,1*
InternalAddress = 127.0.0.1
InternalPort = 9001
AllowAlternatePorts = False
ExternalHostName = SYSTEMIP
MasterAvatarFirstName = test
MasterAvatarLastName = test
MasterAvatarSandboxPassword = testtest

and other

RegionUUID = aa157e29-24f4-4ff5-ba35-56effc4d358f
*Location = 900000,9000000*
InternalAddress = 127.0.0.1
InternalPort = 9000
AllowAlternatePorts = False
ExternalHostName = SYSTEMIP
MasterAvatarFirstName = me
MasterAvatarLastName = me
MasterAvatarSandboxPassword = meme

but I can not see it on the map, and can not login to this region

please tell me How many Regions Opensim server can manage and stor?
