Thanks Olish, I had not spotted that in the Opensim.ini... I have 
uncommented it and the Opensim.exe starts up fine with my usual scripts now.

Did you spot that there are a few changes to he way that the Groups 
Support Opensim,.ini need sot be set up too.  See

explanation of what to set.
