[Opensim-dev] Existing CAPs

ObjectAdd is a new proposed CAP and has not yet been implemented in the LL
protocol. It adds the ability to specify permissions for an object when it
is first created. Catherine Pfeffer (sl name) has developed a viewer patch
that uses this CAP and has submitted it to LL for inclusion into the
production viewer. It is expected that this CAP will be added in a future SL
version as it is a much requested feature by content creators.
Here's the jira reference: http://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-8049
