Well, that's part of the beauty -- this does not actually require any 
kind of architectural changes to code itself to get started.  There are 
quite a few modules that can be moved with the only required work being 
the creation of their own individual prebuild.xml files, changing their 
package package names.

There is also no requirement for such a move to be completed in it's 
entirety for people to continue working.
