[Opensim-dev] LookingGlass viewer project in forge

[Mister Blue]

Sun's GPL'ed LookingGlass 3D desktop environment does have 3D in it so
there is some overlap, but I'm hoping for minimal confusion since
one's a world viewer and the other is a desktop and the audiences are
different.

Naming things is hard these days unless you want to use the name
"Xkwohlw". Oh wait, that's taken.
