[Opensim-dev] Script Function llDetectedTouchUV(() and realXtend

Isnt Realxtend based on a older LL viewer?? these functions are probably
just not available on the source tree they chose, I even recall that
windlight is not even supported on this viewer, so its probably quite old in
comparsion to hippo and LL's current release.
