[Opensim-dev] Mac OS X OpenSim installer

Hello,

I've started an OS X installer in
http://forge.opensimulator.org/gf/project/osinstaller/, alongside the
existing Windows one.  It currently installs a binary version of
0.6.5-post-fixes (r9713), built with Mono 2.4.

But it could still use a lot of work (dependency installation,
creating opensim user/group, setting file permissions), so if anyone
is interested in helping out, that'd be great!
