[Opensim-dev] Very Good Git Book

There is a very good git book here under CC license, which you can read
online: http://progit.org/.  This may very well be of interest to folks.

This week will be a go / no go decision for the git conversion, so
please make sure you've poked at the new opensim-test3 tree when you get
a chance.
