"open sim hair base.j2c" appears to be a single file. If I do an ls in the
terminal for the "Newruth" folder, it shows as a single file:

fish at ubuntu:~/opensim_066/bin/assets/Avatar/Newruth$ ls -la
total 260
drwxr-xr-x 3 fish fish  4096 2009-07-25 09:46 .
drwxr-xr-x 4 fish fish  4096 2009-07-25 11:06 ..
-rw-r--r-- 1 fish fish 28088 2009-07-25 09:46 eyes.j2c
-rw-r--r-- 1 fish fish 49557 2009-07-25 09:46 female body.j2c
-rw-r--r-- 1 fish fish 36212 2009-07-25 09:46 female bottom.j2c
-rw-r--r-- 1 fish fish 44749 2009-07-25 09:46 female face.j2c
-rw-r--r-- 1 fish fish 74339 2009-07-25 09:46 open sim hair base.j2c
-rw-r--r-- 1 fish fish  1638 2009-07-25 09:46 Settings.txt
drwxr-xr-x 6 fish fish  4096 2009-07-25 09:47 .svn

However, if I try to open the "Newruth" folder from the terminal I get the
following error:

nautilus: jpc_dec.c:1072: jpc_dec_tiledecode: Assertion `dec->numcomps == 3'
failed.
