[Opensim-dev] under consideration, transitioning to git

+1 on git
I haven't found anybody to nail a problem on git itself. When asked for
a specific concern of why they didn't like git on windows, it always
came down to some issue related to how the console works. As you can see
with Nebadon's post below, openssh would be the related console issue
(despite the expressed reluctance about it).
I've haven't had an issue with the java version of git: http://www.jgit.org/
I use the normal git for whatever features the java version doesn't have.
