[Opensim-dev] [PACKETPOOL]: Failed to get packet of type Default

Hello,

What could be the root cause that raise up warning message for 
"[PACKETPOOL]: Failed to get packet of type Default"?

I have tried to connect a server with reasonable internet speed, user been
authenticated, then bunch of above messages showed up from server side and
ended up disconnection with users.

It is running standalone mode, with MySQL.  If same setting is running local
subnet then it is ok.

This occurs on 0.6.5.1 and 0.6.6 r9993.
