[Opensim-dev] CONSOLE (Redux)

If you don't want messages in the console edit Opensim.exe.config and
change:

<level value="DEBUG" />

To something like ERROR or FATAL.

If I remember well there are projects in the forge to execute opensim as a
windows service. For linux, just using the ampersand when launching, there
isn't any other way actually.

And for remote administration there are 2 projects in the forge too:
RemoteAdmin and RemoteServices (this doesn't work actually, I have to upload
a new version... someday).

That projects are optional. I don't know if there is any plan to make
official opensim servers "verboseless".
