[Opensim-dev] Proposal: Changing Runprebuild.bat

Guys,

As we officially no longer support Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 (neither Pro
nor Express) I propose we get rid of either of the runprebuild bats.

My vote is for the runprebuil2008.bat to go, and upgrade runprebuild to
build the vs2008 target.

Thoughts?
