[Opensim-dev] Adding virtual to many methods on Region/Framework/* for experimentation

I often hear people asking for hierarchical objects in various SL forums and
I've even heard some mention of adding it to the service. I'm not sure what
your goals are but I would think that considering the possibility of
eventually allowing a nested linkset hierarchy would be a good thing to keep
in mind while refactoring SOG/SOP.
I've also been experimenting with creating objects in region modules so I'm
curious what you are attempting in your region modules.
