[Opensim-dev] TSB Feasibility Study: Online Virtual Worlds for Urban Regeneration Consultation

there is no data yet in that forge project. It was initiated to extend wixtd's 
TMS tile mapper with openstreetmaps data, but hadn't the time to test with 
mapnik yet.
