[Opensim-dev] RegionOnline status

i have one request on this... can we have a configuration flag for the
default state of coordinates that are not in the database? that is...
can we keep a region from registering unless there is a pre-existing
reservation in place? that would make it easier to enforce a region
reservation policy.
