[Opensim-dev] ORebuild if upgrading from r8218 or older

I was just trying to use the nightly build svn 8225 -  moving from 
8075 - and the asset server will not start up.  It flashes by, so I 
have not diagnosed the problem yet.  I can return the 8075 binaries 
and it restarts fine again.

The nightly binary builds by the way are still labelled as 0.6.1 
TRUNK, I assume that should now be 0.6.2?
