yes you can, just get everyone in, start a video and have everyone hit play,
then when everyone has the video playing, change the media URL to the video
you want to watch
and it will start almost the same time for everyone, you all could be a few
seconds off, but you can get pretty close using this  method, but everytime
you change  the Media URL it resets everyones simultaneously.
