[Opensim-dev] Main Repository now in Git

In spare time (ha ha) I'm working out a cross-platform way of rolling
this up so that BaseOpenSimServer can pick it up and testing locally.
We just need a tag (x.y.z-start) at the beginning of 0.6.6 and/or when
we do 0.6.7.
