[Opensim-dev] moving away from grid vs. standalone

I would really like to see some processes in place to improve the 
experience with tagged releases, rather than just hoping that a 
particular release is OK.

A date should be chosen for a release, and in the week before the 
release, /no/ new changes should be applied /except/ bug fixes and cleanup.
