Ah yes, this slipped through my tests yesterday - it's definitely there
in 9137 too. Recommend we get that fixed before a tag.

That circular regioncross bug, where a region server will crash if
an agent returns to it, needs to be squashed before we can tag a
relaease.
I didn't see that having been resolved, so it is probably present in
9140.
