[Opensim-dev] Local assets in Grid mode

Actually, "making grid mode the default" was, I believe, aimed at 
the asset mode. So, it should have read "making grid ASSETS the 
default", since that is what the thread is about. Local asset mode 
and it's use/dangers and the code cruft currently in place to allow it.
