[Opensim-dev] warning, sqlite broken badly at the moment, don't upgrade unless you want to help find fixes

Cancel red alert,

The computer core is back online and the missing telemetric data has been
recovered.  We can now successfully navigate the space mine field..   or was
that the space time continum?

Anyway, this has been resolved
