Great stuff Sean.  On a casual glance (and by reading the old 
TESTING.txt), we appear to have some ODEPlugin tests that we're not 
executing.  Do you know if there's any reason for that (apart from the 
fact that we may have had to shuffle it around from it's directory in 
order to test it).
