[Opensim-dev] Small but important things

OK,

I'm a bit scared of all the confusing licensing issues, but I know there's a
list of packets available in the libomv project. Based on that, I'm willing
to try and create a Wiki-page containing the mentioned table.

I'd also like to sift through the OpenSim code to see which packets are
handled, because that would prob. be a great learning experience.

However, I'm not sure if that would cause any licensing issues. Apart from
that, I don't have *too* much time available, so it would take some time...

Please let me know what you think.
