[Opensim-dev] Bugs in Rev 4045

Hey sexy NAnt guys in general, and chi11ken in particular,
in 4045 there was introduced an <if> in one of the <fileset> in the prebuild nant target, but the bin/prebuild.exe was apparently never built and committed, which made this bug come in to the light now that I just did.
 
Is that <if> proper nant syntax, and as of what version of NAnt?
