Yes, agree.

Maybe we should consider batch processing these?

We save the reports and the dumps (and whatever else) into a tarball/zip[?] which is then saved into an 'errors' dir, and perhaps we provide a tool which then submits them to us.

It's not fully automated blind reports, but it could still be useful -- then we could have the ability to attach notes to the dumps.
