[Opensim-dev] Proposed additional db fields

+1 Looks like this could also be a start at fixing the 'Send Snapshot'
server-side function that requires sending email address. /me wonders if
conversations last week about the server-sided-ness of that might have
kindled the brainstorming around missing meta data and potential
dependencies. :)
