[Opensim-dev] grid/user specific items: bug or feature?

I put an asset encryption system into OpenSim recently (last month or two - look at CryptoGridProvider) which allows you to lock assets to a specific region or set of regions (however if they are transferred to the viewer, then copybot/etc all bets are off).
You might be best just reimplementing that or including the functionality.
