[Opensim-dev] adding new regions via web source

Yes, there's three tools to do it:

1. Remote load the region source
2. Use the XMLRPC 'Create Region' command.
3. Type 'add-region' on the console

2 & 3 will do it without the server needing to be restarted, however a word of advice is that regions created 'on demand' like that have a tendancy to do weird things and/or break.
